The trust and large responsibilities that The Richland Hospital gave me allowed me to be prepared for the future. The culture in this organization is second to non as well which made me feel part of the team.
What I wish was different
COVID-19 had an impact on my internship but i do not believe this was a negative thing as i learned to adapt to many different situations.
Advice
What you put into your internship is what your going to get out of it so dive in and take a large role in the department. I also recommend to meet with all the different department leaders in the organization to learn from them on what they do.
