What I liked
I really liked the culture at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff was well-trained, respectful, and high-end without feeling stuffy or closed off. Everyone was very personable; we had fun in our jobs and spent every day trying to make our department the best possible, for our guests and ourselves. I gained a ton of knowledge about food, wine, and hotel service throughout the experience - overall it was very educational and beneficial to my future professional goals.
