What I liked
I really enjoyed learning about all of the hidden gears that contribute to the operation of a nonprofit organization. I had no idea that an organization such as The Scooty Fund would require so many different tasks in order to make it successful. In addition to learning about professional communication, organizations' structures, social media and marketing strategies, and long-term finances, I also learned a significant amount in regards to the mental health field.
