The atmosphere is very positive and inviting. My bosses care about me as an individual, and have treated me very well even when they didn't have to.
What I wish was different
Nothing. I have had a very positive experience working with the Fjeldsteds. They are by far the best people I have ever worked for.
Advice
Anybody who knows the owners knows how much they care about their customers. My advice to everyone is to stop by and talk with one of us. I have worked in bike shops for 5 years, and have never enjoyed working in the industry this much.
