I liked the autonomy that we received while working and were able to bring our own creative vision to the process.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more time to work on the projects and see them all the way through and get the big picture of what was going on.
Advice
Communicate with the people in your department, even the one's you don't work wit directly. Don't be too afraid to fail as this was usually when I learned my most valuable lessons that still stick with me today.
