College Programming and Orientation (CPO) is looking for current students to serve as Programming Assistants and Designers. Each student reports to a full-time CPO staff person and has specific responsibilities. The CPO emphasizes leadership development and critical thought among its employees. Emphasis is also placed on developing skills that will prepare students to succeed in the workforce, such as organizational methods, time management skills, professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, a working knowledge of computers, and collaboration in a team environment.
