My actual title was not a listed option for this survey, but was Senior Conference Assistant. I managed a team of conference assistants throughout the summer. It was an excellent learning experience for peer management and quick problem solving.
What I wish was different
It may have been useful to have six conference assistants, rather than five, to help divide tasks more evenly
Advice
This position requires a lot of patience and extremely strong communication skills. It is a rewarding but time intensive job.
