Very flexible schedule since the shifts are per diem, they contact you when they know there are openings and you can choose to take them or not. Very informational work setting.
What I wish was different
A lot of things to know, even though that's any job. Not unexpected.

Ask questions! There's plenty of counselors willing to help you.
