What I liked

I loved the small environment of The Workshop Collective, because all employees and interns were able to feel like an extended family during and outside of work hours!

What I wish was different

I wish I had been able to delve into bigger projects and campaigns, as many of the tasks I completed were logistical. However, I understand that this was partly due to the fact that I was only able to come in twice a week because of my summer classes.

Advice

Come in as many days are you are willing and able to because the more time you have in the office, the bigger projects you are able to work on. Step outside of your comfort zone, too - ask for more challenging tasks if you feel that you can handle it. The Workshop Collective has a fun, funky work environment, so take it all in day by day and enjoy it!
