The interview process was fairly simple with one Google Form and one Zoom interview.
What I wish was different
The job description was not clear enough. The actual role itself appears to be different than how it is depicted in the job post.
Advice
Make sure to ask a lot of questions to understand the role and whether you're a good fit for the position. I would also extremely recommend reading some Glassdoor reviews to have better insight from others who have worked at Thrive.
