The management team is orderly, supportive, and flexible of employee's needs. The environment is close to the beach, most customers are local so it makes more of a lighthearted, personable experience.

I wish daily goals were established so every employee had a common ground of objectives.
Advice
If you are planning on applying for a sales associate position, come prepared to communicate and expand your social skillset! You will be challenged in how well you can sell an item or promotion based on your communication skills. Customers are going to ask questions and have concerns that you need to figure out of them. Thus comes the beauty of customer service.

If you want to work here, you must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and talk to the customers. If you are an introvert and you don't like human interaction, this is not the job for you. You're getting paid to talk to people, so if that's your thing then I highly recommend this job.

Make sure you are gaining merchandise knowledge on your own time and staying up to date with new trends to be prepared for shifts, especially if you have multiple days off so it’s not overwhelming when you come back.
