I enjoyed that I was treated the same and given the same opportunities as the full-time employees right off the bat. Very good experience for someone looking to get into logistics
What I wish was different
I wish we could've had more interactions within the office but that's not TMC's fault, that was COVID's fault
Advice
3PL is a cut-throat industry. Be prepared to be aggressive with your sales call and tactics

What I liked
-The people, everyone I have met here has been terrific.
-I learned a lot about the Transportation industry which has been very valuable.
-Flexible hours throughout the school year as a student.
What I wish was different
- More transparency in management. Sometimes there is uncertainty that could be addressed.

- Make sure you are comfortable talking on the phone in this internship.

I wish we could've done a variety of tasks, we did cold calls most of the time we were there.
Advice
Be ready to talk to complete strangers on the phone.
