I loved working at a small agency. I was fully integrated into the team and worked on projects that entry level employees worked on as well. It was such a legitimate internship and I learned more than I expected. I am confident I now have the tools to enter the public relations workforce.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have started my internship earlier and/or stayed later. It was hard saying goodbye!
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask for projects. Even if you don’t know 100% how to handle them, people will answer questions you have. Taking on serious work shows a lot about you as an intern!
