I like the work environment. The shifts are long but the people make it better. Topgolf really embodies the aspect of teamwork during all the shifts.

I wish I would've learned how to play golf so I can give people tips when they need help.

If you’re closing the out time is completely irrelevant, hours are long and most money is made on tips in my position so slow days stink

The face paced environment that allowed timely engagement with guests. Also I love the people that I was surrounded with. This gave me the ability to thrive and amplify the experience for the guest.

Plenty of times where the manager interactions were not professional, causing me an early departure.
Advice
If you love high energy positions and meeting new people, this is the job for you. The job is what you make of it.
