What I liked

I like the family aspect to the people I work with. We are individuals who’s personalities and hard work are celebrated. The benefits are great and it’s a healthy atmosphere to work in. I’ve also had the chance to grow quickly. Outside of bay hosting, I have grown to positions such as the training lead for our venue, and to a marketing champion.

What I wish was different

Nothing. I have a great job.

Advice

When it comes to any job or anything that you do, don’t look at others’ and their successes. Keep you head down, focus on you and your product and how you can better yourself, and your work will always go noticed and you will grow to the places and positions you strive to be in.
