Toyota of Warsaw works to assist drivers and passengers in whatever way possible. Our goal is to find solutions to every customer’s needs. The customer experience is more than picking the right vehicle, but receiving the care and information for their vehicle.

Maintaining a supportive work environment and providing great customer experiences is important to us. We guide employees towards personal success through positive company culture and encouraging partnerships. We avoid pressuring customers and using sales gimmicks. Instead, we promote honest and clear communication towards both customers and team members.

Our departments include Sales, Marketing, Service, Parts, Office, and Finance. Our Sales team uses their knowledge and problem-solving to find the best fit for every customer. Our Marketing team works behind the scenes to paint the picture and guide customers towards their next purchase. Service and Parts departments identify, support, and fix vehicle needs. Our Office compiles paperwork and manages transactions for every customer purchase. The Finance department handles all budgeting to match each customer’s needs.

Our market includes Warsaw, South Bend, Elkhart, Fort Wayne, Plymouth and Columbia City, Indiana.
