It’s a great part-time job while going to school. Physical work and long hours. Many other perks

What I liked
Honestly I had a blast. My coworkers were all happy and nice (and super diverse- it was a really cool bunch of people), the pay was pretty good, and they move you around the store enough that you're never in the same place for more than a few hours at a time.
What I wish was different
The management structure was fairly loose. This was great for me, as it meant you never had someone micromanaging you and you got to do what you wanted, but it also meant some people could get away with not working as hard and the mates might not notice.
Advice
It's an awesome place to work, especially if you don't know exactly what you want to do with your summer. And come on, you get a 10% discount on everything from TJ's. If that's not enough incentive, I don't know what is.
