Working outside in a fun environment with fun coworkers. Great opportunity to get customer service experience and also enjoy the summer. The management cares about the employees and is willing to work around your schedule as long as it is made clear during the interview.
What I wish was different
Higher pay. It can be physically demanding at times and you work in all weather conditions. Employee retention is not great because you can get paid the same or more for easier jobs elsewhere.
Advice
Be prepared to be on your feet all day. You are working in a wooded area so don’t be afraid of bugs or animals.
