I loved working for a smaller company. This gave me the opportunity to wear many different hats. Whether it was sales, marketing , or operations I learned many valuable skills that I will be able to apply into my full time role.
What I wish was different
I wish the summer would have lasted longer. I learned a lot of different things in a very short time. I wish I would have had more time to sharpen these skills.
Advice
No matter what experience you have always go in with an open mind. Don't be afraid to work hard even if you think the tasks you are doing are trivial. There is a lesson to be learned in every experience.
