Many opportunities for progressions (Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer or Supervisor)
What I wish was different
More involvement of upper management (Leads especially) to the development of their subordinates.
Advice
Flexible hours, lots of opportunities to learn about health and fitness and gain experience fast.
