About United Nations Association of Greater Boston

The United Nations Association of Greater Boston (UNAGB) serves as a resource for the citizens of the Greater Boston area on a broad agenda of critical global issues - including peacekeeping, human rights, humanitarian relief, economic development and education - that are addressed by the United Nations and its agencies. UNAGB aims to educate, inform, and engage the public in a dialogue linking the local community with global affairs.

Our goal is to build a stronger network of global citizens in the Boston area. Learn more and join us!

Education intern

June 2021 - August 2021 Boston, MA
“The collaborative and supportive network of coworkers and supervisors helped me feel like I could learn and grow within the organization and independently. We had frequent check-ins and I always felt comfortable asking for help.”

Programs and Development Intern

May 2017 - September 2017 Boston, MA
“Working at UNAGB helped me hone my writing, advertising, and research skills. I was also able to see direct results from my work; the essays I wrote were used to teach lessons in Model UN to middle school students at Harvard University, and I was the first in my position to create a complete financial history document for the organization. ”
