I liked that I got see what was going on in the organization from all sides, and was able to get a better view of how non-profit organizations function. I also liked that even though I was an intern, people at all levels of the organization treated me with respect, and wanted to hear my opinion.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been in person for more engagement.
Advice
I would recommend attending the professional development sessions they provide, it was very helpful.
