I enjoyed having the ability to assist with real research that would create an impact in peacebuilding processes around the world. Also, the team I worked with was very supportive, always reaching out and offering to provide assistance if I needed anything. They also expressed a desire to help me with my future career, offering to help me network and giving me career advice.
