Being able to work behind the Senator and the state of Missouri first hand in the D.C. office.

What I wish was different

I wish that I could have started the internship earlier (studied abroad first half of the summer so that cut it short).

Advice

Go to as many events as you can on the hill while you are there. There's not telling who you will see or who you will meet.
