I greatly enjoyed the experience of working with the nurses of the floor and getting direct patient contact, helping to provide a better experience.
What I wish was different
Obviously I wish it was not impacted so heavily by the pandemic, but I do wish that I had found more things to do while waiting on rounding on patients again.
Advice
I would greatly advise you to take as much from the experience that you can. Talk to the nurses, ask questions. Really talk to the patients and listen to their stories. I have learned just as much from the staff as from the patients themselves.
