What I liked
I loved how safe I felt during summer, we all took our preventions and we were able to go to work without any concerns. Summer went by really fast working here, we had many duties and we were still able to provide a service to the students.
What I wish was different
Because of safety and health purposes we had to close the bookstore almost all summer but we were able to help customer through a window. I wish we could open and help more customers, but, to be honest, I am also glad that they wanted us and the public to be healthy and safe.

Health is always first and your managers and supervisors will be there for you.

I enjoyed all the people I worked with during my time there. I also enjoyed helping out students with special accounts and customers who had questions. I was always happy to help.

This job has given me a great experience in interacting with customers on a deeper level. I was able to move around the store to make sure everything was tidy. You get to do more than just cashier duties which were a fun experience for me.

Great environment to work. I enjoy being able to work with others who are also students and are the same age range as I am.
What I wish was different
Increase in staffing. I did not get to take much time off for my summer vacation because of the staffing issue, but it was nice being able to earn a pay check biweekly.
Advice
I highly recommend for any student to apply. There are many different departments to work in, and I have made a lot of great friendships.
