More than 210 world-class professors have answered the call to California's newest research university. Our faculty members are working on solutions to some of society's biggest issues. We have researchers exploring climate change, cancer drivers, artificial intelligence, the long-term effects of oil spills, political torture, big data systems, language development, ocean deoxygenation, data drones and voter behavior, to name just a few current projects.
