I loved that the schedule always worked around my classes rather than clashing and resulting in flexibility changes.
What I wish was different
Communication among staff would help things go much smoother. You often have to ask questions in simplistic or complex situations. Which is not always productive.
Advice
This experience will follow you for the rest of your career. You will learn how to navigate numerous circumstances. Do not be afraid of doing something for the first time. Everyone has been in these conditions before, you are not alone, and mistakes will happen.
