I really liked how comprehensive and organized the onboarding process was, and how great the communication between supervisors and student workers was. Supervisors’ effort to create a sense of community was very notable, because everyone in the workplace had great, amicable relationships. There was also a lot of creative freedom.
What I wish was different
Nothing, only the fact that I had to work online but that was because of the pandemic.
Advice
Communicate with your supervisor as much as you can, don’t be afraid to ask to ask for advice. You will eventually get the hang of it and have a great ability to do creative projects. Bond with your team members, everyone is really nice and willing to help you!
