I liked helping students improve in their subjects. Learning to be a mentor is very important to me so everything about this job was perfect.

What I wish was different

If we were more organized I would of like it. But at the same time the job was also a perfect fit for me.

Be able to coach others but also be coach able. There is always room for improvement.
