The Utah State University Department of Public Safety is under the umbrella of the Vice President for Business and Finance. As such, we are a service organization. Members of the three divisions of the department – Police, Fire Marshal Services, and Emergency Management – are committed to providing excellent and professional law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency management services for the campus community. We seek to be experts in our field with a deep knowledge in our areas of responsibility. The first priority of the Utah State University Department of Public Safety is the safety of our campus citizens.
