It's a pretty easy going job with simple tasks to complete or in this case tickets to answer. The instructors that I work/worked with are very helpful when it comes to asking questions about a certain ticket that seemed confusing to me.
What I wish was different
It gets pretty boring after a while when no one has a problem with any of their appliances.
Advice
If you have a computer/mac, get to know it as best you can so that it will be simple to solve any problems you come across with it.
