What I liked

Being with other trainees and meeting an awesome group of people of the same age from all across the country. Certifications and training's are all paid for and VM gives all the study materials to you to prepare. Got to be exposed to different brand new Microsoft technologies, and got to be apart of an awesome team of people.

What I liked

The interview process was comfortable and to the point.I didn't feel pressure or tense. Also a very friendly environment as I entered the building I was greeted with a warm welcome Upon completion of the interview I was told more about the company, their hiring process, and opportunity to grow with the company.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more time to study or review the assessment test. I had trouble with the assessment due to the fact that most of it, one can only learn in a work environment.

Advice

I know going into the interview I was nervous, but I can honestly say that one shouldn't be. As long as you are confident and believe in your skills and talents then you will get hired. Just be confident, maintain eye-contact,, dress professional and of course have a strong HANDSHAKE.

What I liked

The welcoming environment; right out of the gate I felt welcomed to join the team. The hiring process was very fair and the hiring managers gave me an opportunity to really express how I've applied all that I have learned from my institution.

What I wish was different

I wish I had time to better prepare for the placement examination. Some topics were out of the scope of my recent work so I struggled a bit.

Advice

Ask more questions at the interview.
