What I liked
Venture is full of leaders who want to see you succeed. Every idea is valued, even from entry level employees. They understand the importance of being approachable and teaching you the industry.
What I wish was different
More face time with higher ranking employees, exposure to all sides of the business

Asking lots of questions and making time to interact with those working around you make your coworkers really feel like family.
