What I liked
I loved working with the patients and the opportunities for growth professionally and emotionally.
What I wish was different
Veritas was in a transitional leadership period when I joined the team. With that being said, I wish there was better communication between bosses and employees.
Advice
No matter what you are doing - you are making a difference, no matter how small or tedious the task might feel.
