What I liked

I enjoyed the culture at Virtual Learning and the different leadership opportunities that they provided.

What I wish was different

Honestly not a thing. I learned a lot from this experience and even discovered skills that I had that I was not even previously aware. Also, because they pushed me to take lead on a lot of projects, it helped me build my confidence and problem-solving skills.

Advice

Don't be afraid to speak up and share your ideas. If you recognize a problem then share your recommendations and they will more than open to hearing your ideas and consider them.

What I liked

I loved the company culture, openness, and overall friendliness of my coworkers. From day one I felt like I am a viable part of the team. I was able to share my ideas and contribute to meetings and decisions which was an amazing experience for me. I learned so much during my time at Virtual Learning and gained insight on business processes and strategies within the company.

What I wish was different

Honestly not a thing. I will always look back at my time at Virtual Learning and be happy I got the opportunity to learn from my coworkers and supervisors.

Advice

Be open and don't be afraid to share your ideas and insights about the company, strategies, and processes. It will be highly appreciated that you are not afraid to speak up and express your unique ideas.
