I loved how Voodoo allowed me a ton of freedom to take charge of whole projects and their implementation. I also loved the people - it’s an awesome community and I made great friends during my time there.
What I wish was different
I think there are some disadvantages inherent to a company under 50 employees. I do think the company will be growing quickly past such issues, but during my time I sometimes found the community a little too small.
Advice
Voodoo is super focused on being extremely good at whatever you do. I loved that and it’s the kind of environment that I’m looking for, but do be prepared to be on the spot frequently.
