Sometimes you have to work for people who are hard to work for but try to keep a good relationship with these people and it will pay off it later.

What I liked

The culture was very inclusive and supportive, and the employees were well cared for by the company and management.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been better communication between departments.

Advice

Even if you feel like you are only doing one significant thing of importance the whole time, and it might even feel a little bit monotonous, there is always more you can learn. Internships are what you make of them, so do more than is expected of you and try to make each moment a deeper learning experience.
