I liked being able to work with children, while learning transferable skills in a fast pace environment.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have had more help so we didn't feel so overwhelmed.
Advice
You can only do the best that you can do, being short staffed it's very easy to take more on than you can handle, so make sure you know your limits in order to provide the best quality work.
