Weber Human Services (WHS) is a progressive, outcome driven public behavioral health organization serving Weber and Morgan Counties. Recognized nationally for its emphasis on the quality delivery of evidence-based care, WHS has led all other publicly funded treatment centers in the State of Utah for a decade in the percentage of clients recovering from mental illness and substance use problems.
