I would say be open to positions that you don’t know if you are qualified for or not. The company might see something in you that you do not see in yourself.

What I liked
I love the company culture at Wellmark. I felt as though there were always people willing to guide me through my work and answer my questions. I was able to receive real work that other employees would have done if I was not there.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was given more work as sometimes I felt there was a lull during the day because I was not kept busy enough.
Advice
Be willing to continuously learn and improve especially because we are young as interns with a lot more knowledge and experience to gain. Always say yes!
