What I wish was different
I wish there were more employees and the schedule was flexible. I was only able to work night shifts, my requests off were not always respected, and I felt very uncomfortable talking to the general manager and other managers. I also wish that there was better communication between managers because it really affected the mood of my managers since I worked at night because few people worked the night shift, people on the day shift rarely worked the night shift, and the night shift was always understaffed. Also, they are wasteful with food and you do not get free meals, but that is national policy.
