What I liked

It was a nice experience that gave me the opportunity to show off and improve my communication, listening, and several other skills. Was always fast-paced and challenged my inner self on speed, precision, and multitasking. Wendy's was also was very flexible with my schedule for online college classes and even rewarded me and other employers for achieving certain academic statutes.

What I wish was different

Sometimes the scheduling would be a bit unfair because you were trained more than others, and even if you notified a manager about not being able to come in, you would still be encouraged or begged to come in.

Advice

Keep calm always, and sometimes you're not always right, the customers can be too!

I liked getting paid and I liked the people I met from the job.

What I wish was different

I wish customers were different and I got more assistance as the cashier. Some customers were genuinely sweet, but others were a nightmare. When things got hectic, I often had to juggle getting orders and packing bags and trays by myself when I should’ve had some form of help to make it easier.

Work hard and do your job with 100% effort. Look out for you and make sure you’re straight.

I love working with my coworkers and I love the customers who come regularly. They are so friendly and everyone chats about the recent activity in their lives.

I wish all of the workers were motivated to work. Wendy's doesn't start paying as high as other fast food places.
