What I liked
I enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to work with experienced individuals. I have worked here in the past so I enjoyed the flexibility that managers provided me in conjunction with my school schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work longer shifts and been able to work more positions.
Advice
Whataburger is great for someone who needs a flexible job.

What I liked
I enjoyed the atmosphere that the supervisors and general manager set up for all new coming members of the crew. Everyone helped me fit in, and I felt welcomed and honored to work with them.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have gotten more hours to work per week. My hours were already short, and they began getting cut as the end of summer reached me.
Advice
Make sure you find the right Whataburger to work at. If you find one that has dealt with young crew members before, they really will work hard to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Work hard and pull your own weight. Flipping burgers is not a glamorous job, but it is honest work.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and absorb as much experience and knowledge as you can from this opportunity.
Focus on networking with the different departments throughout your internship, every one is friendly and willing to talk with you or answer any questions you may have.
