What I liked
I enjoyed learning about Direct Marketing and how to sell to clients. I also learned other business skills that help me understand how I can be a leader and successful in the business world.
What I wish was different
I wish that I didn't have to drive as far to work (40 minute commute), or work as many hours that I did. I would leave my house at 8 am and return at 7:30 pm (I normally was working from 9-7.
Advice
Direct marketing is not for everyone, but for those that are determined to work hard and learn as much as they can from those around them. I believe that anyone that is willing to put the time and effort in can find this role rewarding and can be financially successful.
