“Mark Bezjian is the head of the Outside Operations department. Mark is a comedic boss who is fun to work for, yet he is stern when he needs to be. I enjoyed the relationships I formed with country club members and employees. The outside operations department employs only a handful of people. I enjoyed how close the outside operations team was. I made so many friendships with college students and even older employees. The best part of the job was most definitely the relationships formed with employees and club members. I also made friendships with staff in different departments. Every employee knows every other employee to some degree even if we don't directly work with each other. A sense of community is most definitely formed with employees. ”
