I loved the Learning and Development team the most. Each member made me feel included, even though this was a remote internship. I enjoyed the different projects because it allowed me to work in different area of HR.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to work with the Diversity and Inclusion department. Diversity is what I am most passionate about and I want to go into in HR.
Advice
Never be afraid to ask questions or take initiative to set up a short meeting with a teammate. Everyone is willing to help you, so don't me intimidated. It is a learning experience and whatever internship you have will help you in the long-run.
