More involvement from other co-workers and greater direction on certain projects. Also greater organization within the company.
Advice
Be willing to work hard and show that you will put in the effort to find solutions to problems.

What I liked
I like that the hours are flexible, and that I work till early afternoon, so I was still able to be make fun summer memories.
What I wish was different
It was very hot, so the warehouse was always overheating and we did not have AC.
Advice
Although sometimes we do not get the most ideal jobs, they give us experience and skills, that help us build a rapport. Just know that as long as you work hard then you will become successful.
