The wages were really high compared to southern wages. My boss was very flexible and open to new ideas and feedback.

I wish there was more separation between work and personal life of employees.

Advice

Prepare to work hard. The job moves very quickly and you have to be willing to grind during the tourist season, but there's huge financial payoff.
