Be open to doing more than your job description. As a Specialist, I was counselor, office worker, ect.

What I liked
I love working here. I get to spend time helping kids have a great summer. It is always fun.
What I wish was different
The kids need field trip shirts. Taking 40 kindergarteners out in public is stressful when they don't have a common factor.
Advice
Make sure you have patience with kids.
